Last month I got the chance to photograph this sweet little guy for his first birthday. It doesn't seem like it has been a whole year since I did his fresh 48 pictures. Since the weather was a bit cool we decided to do indoor pictures so we borrowed The Livingston Dance Studio in Livingston, Tennessee. So I want to say a big thank you to Mrs. Elizabeth for letting us borrow it. I usually do outdoor portrait photography, so it was nice to get the chance to change it up a bit. Here's a small sampling of the images from this session. Thanks for looking! Be sure to check out the lifestyle session I did for them last year here.
I had the pleasure of shooting a lifestyle/documentary session a few weeks ago. It was so much fun! I wanted to capture them doing activities that they would normally do. So the kids had fun with playdough, they had story time on the couch, the girls got their nails painted, then we went outside for a few posed shots and some bubbles. It was so hard choosing which images to show, so I ended up with more than usual. Hope you enjoy!
These were taken with Canon 70D and Tamron 24-70 lens. Most were shot at f/2.8. I edited them in Lightroom. For a lot of them I used the Kubota Workflow and KIT Vintage Delish presets. I really like these presets, they are very versatile. I also used the portrait brushes from Pretty Presets in a lot of the pictures.
